Book Stays or Events at Mike’s Forest Retreat
Booking your stay or event at Mike’s Forest Retreat is simple and seamless. You can easily make a reservation by visiting our booking page or reaching out directly through our contact details. Whether you’re planning a peaceful getaway, a family retreat, or a special event, our team is here to assist you in choosing the perfect experience tailored to your needs.
For events, we offer bespoke packages for weddings, corporate retreats, and other gatherings. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll work closely with you to curate an experience that reflects your vision. Our team ensures every detail is taken care of, from accommodation to catering, so you can focus on making memories.
As part of our Booking Process and Terms & Conditions, please read through these steps below …
General Process for Booking Your Stay at Our Retreat
- Decide on your preferred dates for your holidays, destination weddings or business offsites.
- Then, please go through our Rooms selection page carefully to see all our room choices and understand what they offer to you.
- Each individual room/suite room page can be accessed when clicked into from the Rooms main page … for example, if you want the Begonia & Coleus Suite, you can click into it from the Rooms main page,
- After going through the steps above, click this button below to be taken to our Booking Engine where you can see our Calendar of available dates and see if your choice of rooms is available, or if you want alternative rooms. Our Booking Engine also allows you to securely pay a 50% advance to book your dates/rooms online to speed up the process. You will get your payment receipt both online and via email. You can also return to our website homepage after you get the payment receipt. (As an alternative, you can call us to assist with your booking if you prefer.)
- The balance payment on your booked rooms will be payable at the time of your arrival and check-in at our Retreat for your stay.
- Our check-in time is 1:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.
For Destination Weddings or Business Offsites
- There are 17 rooms where 36 people can be accommodated with twin-sharing.
- With extra beds, between 60-65 people can be accommodated.
- We have a poolside venue that can be one of the locations for special events.
- We have a small lawn with the capacity to hold between 120-125 people.
- We also have a big lawn with the capacity to hold more than 10,000 people.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
- For any cancellation received within 45 days of the event date, the Retreat, at its sole discretion, may refund 75% of the advance money received.
- For any cancellation received within 30 days of the event date, the Retreat, at its sole discretion may refund 50% of the advance money received.
- The Retreat will not refund any advance money paid, for any cancellation received within 15 days prior to the event date.
