I, Michael Dalvi, son of (Late) Brigadier J. P. Dalvi of Madhyant Farms, Lower Kandoli, P.O. Bidholi, District Dehradun, hereby make known to all that I have nothing to do with the word / nomenclature “Vishranti” or any company, firm, organisation or any other concern or body having or using the name “Vishranti” in any manner or form whatsoever.

Accordingly, any activity carried out by anyone using the nomenclature “Vishranti”, in any manner or any form whatsoever, has nothing to do with me or any of my properties. Neither, any of my properties is being used in relation to any activity of any individual / organisation / body / concern under the name of “Vishranti” nor can it be used.

Likewise, any individual / concern / organisation / body including my Madhyant Farms and Mikes Forest Retreat have nothing to do with “Vishranti” and vice versa.

In case anyone tries to involve me or my properties with the name “Vishranti” or any activities under the said name or tries to establish any connection therein shall be dealt with as per law and shall be liable for the consequences.
